Crispy golden rosti potato ‘cake’ has unlimited options to customise making a meal for any time of the day. Chicken soup is a foundation recipe that’s open to countless variations as are my really good scones – this is comfort food to nourish. Simplifying the making of choux pastry unlocks a world of sweet and savoury delights, starting with making these feather light buns that require no skill with a piping bag! It just doesn’t have to be that hard.
