Berbere Giant Couscous Labneh and Caramelised Onions

Use Giant Couscous or Israeli Couscous in this gently spiced dish. Labneh is simply Greek yoghurt strained in the fridge overnight. The Berbere spice will do much of the 'heavy lifting' in this dish.
