Coronation Chicken

Hearsay has it that this dish designed for the Queen's Coronation became Britain's first TV Dinner as it can be pre-prepared and eaten with a fork. Not sure if the creator Rosemary Hume who founded Le Cordon Bleu Cookery School had this in mind!
