Festive Pig’s in Blankets

This is perfect finger food for Christmas.

Serves 6 people for finger food

Traditionally these Pigs in Blankets would just be chipolata pork sausages wrapped in bacon and cooked with the turkey, or wrapped in a strip of pastry and baked separately. I've added the sweetness of cranberry sauce and lovely oozy cheese baked in the sausages. This elevates them to finger food status!
