Keep this recipe simple with this spice blend which you can have ready and waiting in your pantry! Many recipes call for a wet marinade (which includes the components in my mix), but I'm serving this with a mango salsa and coconut rice to bring in other traditional Jamaica flavours and heat too if you like it.
