Lemonade Scones, Raspberry Chilli Jam and Cointreau Cream

Divine flavour combination - has to be eaten to be believed!

A birthday treat many years ago was a High Tea on St Georges Terrace and these scones jam and cream were unforgettable. It only took one go to reproduce this without a recipe as the profile was indelibly etched into my cooking brain!
