One of my favourite dessert recipes we've included in live classes over the past 23 years. Now that's saying something as I normally don't have 'favourites'. I think it's a combination of the unique texture plus the addition of a touch of dark rum which goes so well with vanilla and the fact they've got high calcium content to strengthen bones, teeth and nails!
