As the weather warms to bring us one of the most delightful seasons in WA, these new recipes will also bring you joy!
Discover the secrets to perfecting ‘calcium-enriched’ pasta dishes using a much-loved Italian-American pasta recipe. I’ve added some choice vegetables as well for extra flavour and goodness. While this restaurant darling may seem daunting to replicate at home, fear not! I’ve got your back on this classic dish (and it’s not deep fried). Plus I’ll show you how to create an utterly decadent, and perfect for the festive season, chocolate cherry dessert.
Surrounding these dishes are many techniques, tips and surprises to learn, ensuring you’ll pick up more essential kitchen wisdom. I look forward to sharing all this with you in a cooking class filled with fun, laughter and great food.
