Understanding the building blocks to make modern, crave-worthy salads is the key to creating exciting dishes when it’s just too hot to cook! And turning on the oven may be seen as a criminal act in summer, but I promise you it’s worth it for this utterly sumptuous dessert. But if you are going to cook, then choose a quick dish… fish is the best of nature’s fast food proteins.
Relaxed, personal and very delicious, seasonal cooking classes, with Tracey Cotterell. To ensure individual attention, each class will be limited to just 6 participants.
Take a seat, unwind, and watch. If you feel like jumping in, roll up your sleeves and step into the kitchen.
